Mr. Mohammad A. Moyeen is a leading industrialist and entrepreneur in Bangladesh. He is associated and involved with a number of businesses and industries that include, among others, Apollo Hospitals Dhaka, International School Dhaka, Tropica Garments Limited and WAC Logistics Limited. He is also the Chairman of LankaBangla Finance Limited and LankaBangla Investments Limited, a leading Merchant Bank of the country. Mr. Moyeen is an architect from BUET.
Mr. B. W. Kundanmal is a renowned business personality in Sri Lanka and has a long business career in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Thailand. Mr. Kundanmal is associated with Sino Lanka (Pvt.) Limited, Shanta Group, LankaBangla Finance Limited, Royal Park Residence Limited and the STS Educational Group Limited.

Mr. Al-Mamoon Md. Sanaul Huq accomplished his post-graduation diploma in Management Accounting from Highbury College of Technology, Ports-mouth, UK. He has also completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from University of Dhaka. He worked as Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, and Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh. He has vast experience in working in Audit Department of Controller & Auditor General of Bangladesh. Mr. Huq has also working experience as consultant with some international organizations like World Bank. He attended a number of trainings, workshops and seminars at home and abroad.

Mr. Abdul Malek Shamsher has 45 Years of professional experience in banking and finance sector. In November 1966, Grindlays Bank Limited (a 100% British owned bank) selected Mr. Shamsher as a Management Trainee based on his performance in HSC examination. Soon after joining Grindlays Bank (Dhaka), the bank sent him to their head office (London) for Banking Operations Training for two years. In his long career Mr. Shamsher worked in various national and international banks and financial institutions in various capacities.
Mr. Shamsher completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 1966 from Faujdarhat Cadet College securing 8th position in order of merit in Dhaka Education Board. In 1969, Mr. Shamsher completed Banking Diploma (Part 1) from Institute of Bankers Pakistan.

Mr. Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury is serving as Managing Director of LankaBangla Securities Limited. Before joining in the current position Mr. Chowdhury served LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL) as the Managing Director. Mr. Chowdhury also served LankaBangla Securities Limited as Chief Executive from July 2002 to April 2011. Under his sound and proven leadership LankaBangla Finance Limited and its subsidiaries have been able to hold strong position in the respective industries.
Mr. Chowdhury also served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited from May 2010 to March 2011 and May 2008 to May 2010 respectively. Mr. Chowdhury now chairs one of the first venture capital organizations in Bangladesh, called BD Venture Limited. He is also the vice chairman of Financial Excellence Limited.
Mr. Chowdhury completed his graduation and post-graduation from the University of Chittagong. He is a life time member at International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB). Currently, he is the President of Old Faujian Association, Dhaka Chapter. Mr. Chowdhury is an active member of Dhaka Club and Chittagong Club.

Mr. Khwaja Shahriar is serving as the Managing Director of LankaBangla Finance. Prior to that he was the Deputy Managing Director and Head of Business of LankaBangla Finance since June 2012. Before joining LankaBangla Mr. Shahriar worked in various Banks and Financial Institutions for almost two decades. He served BRAC Bank Limited for almost a decade in different positions and capacity including Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Cash Management and Head of Probashi Banking. He also served in various positions in both GSP Finance Company Limited and Bangladesh Finance & Investment Company Limited. Mr. Shahriar also worked for Uttara Bank Limited, AB Bank Limited and Green Delta Insurance Company.
